The Oregon Remodelers Association (ORA), a chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry representing greater Portland, Salem and Eugene, recently presented honors for excellence in home remodeling. The winning home remodelers received their awards at the ORA’s Annual Awards Luncheon, held in Wilsonville on May 9.
A five-judge panel representing diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise chose the home remodelers honored with this year’s ORA awards. Members of the panel spent hours ranking dozens of entries for the categories listed below. After thorough consideration, winners were selected as follows:
Residential Addition over $250,000: Neil Kelly Design/Build Remodeling
Residential Bath under $30,000: Craftsman Design and Renovation
Residential Bath $30,000 – $60,000: Neil Kelly Design/Build Remodeling & Rainbow Valley Design & Construction
Residential Bath over $60,000: Kaufman Homes LLC

Residential Exterior Specialty: Rainbow Valley Design & Construction
Historical Renovation/Restoration: Craftsman Design and Renovation
Residential Kitchen $40,000 – $80,000: Neil Kelly Design/Build Remodeling
